SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 2pm Friday PST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Athletics Motion is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.

Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office for us to file a claim on your behalf. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed. it will take 3-8 working days depending on the final destination.

DUE TO THE WORLDWIDE EMERGENCY COVID-19, SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED.

 

  • Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not be able to refund orders or shipping costs for packages that are miss the estimated delivery date. We are also not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen during shipping unless Delivery Insurance was added at checkout.
